FY 2013 Property Tax Rates Approved -  The Town of Littleton's property tax rates for FY 2013 have been approved at $16.98 per $1,000 of assessed value for Residential and $27.23 per $1,000 AV for Commercial/Industrial/Personal. For an average residential property assessed at $366,412, its tax bill will increase by 4.06%; the tax bill for a commercial property assessed at $491,000 will increase by 5.79%.
