FY 2012 Property Tax Rates Approved. The Department of Revenue has approved FY 2012 property taxes for Littleton of $16.08 per thousand for residential and $25.74 per thousand for commercial/industrial/personal, per the Selectmen's classification hearing. The tax bill for an average residential property assessed at $370,625 increases by 5.30%; the tax bill for a commercial property assessed at $491,000 increases by 5.49%.
