Economic Development Self-Assessment Tool (EDSAT).
In the Town of Littleton’s Community Compact with the Baker/Polito Administration, the Commonwealth is providing grant funding to cover the cost of Littleton’s participation in EDSAT, the Economic Development Self-Assessment Tool developed by Northeastern University’s Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy. This addresses the Board of Selectmen’s FY 2016 goal for an economic development marketing plan.
A presentation on the Town of Littleton's Economic Development Self Assessment Tool (EDSAT) Report was held on Monday, May 16, 2016. A kick-off event was held on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 6:30 PM. Funding for Littleton's EDSAT is provided through the Commonwealth's Community Compact Cabinet. The Town's Community Compact with the Baker / Polito Administration is for "Development of an economic development marketing plan, which leverages local economic sector strengths, regional assets, encourages innovation and entrepreneurship, and markets Littleton to promote economic development consistent with community character."
