Parcel Look-up Instructions - Hints

TO LOOK-UP A SPECIFIC PROPERTY under the SEARCH tab select:

Parcel: if you know the Map and Lot number of the property enter the map letter followed by the map number( two digits, if number 1 thru 9 enter 01 etc)then enter a space next enter the lot number, then a space, next enter the suffix (if none enter 0) hit enter and the parcel should come up

Owner: enter the owners last name first. As you are typing a “pick list” will appear below and you can scroll to the property you are searching for, then click on the “Parcel ID” to bring up the property record card

Street name: as you start typing the Street name a “pick list” will appear below and you can scroll to the property you are searching for, then click on the “Parcel ID” to bring up the property record card

Street number: enter the street number and an alphabetical list of street names with that number will appear, scroll to the property you are searching for, then click on “Parcel ID” to bring up the property record card

MORE ADVANCED SEARCH: to search for property fitting a criteria such as lot size, land use code, sales price range try the other look-ups. If you are having problems with this method please call the Assessors Office and we will try to walk you through it.
