Public Consumption of Marijuana - Amends Chapter 53 of the Town Code Public Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages and Marijuana/ Tetrahydrocannabino. The Attorney General approved the by-law except that portion which prohibits the use of marijuana on private property. ATM-23. Procurements - Amended Section 18-7 of the Town Code. ATM-24. General Finance & Budget - Amends Chapter 17 of the Town Code, Finance And Budget, Department Of. ATM-25. General Appointment of Employees in Town Administrator Departments - Amends Section 3 of Chapter 3 of the Town Code, Town Administrator.

By-law Amendment: Town Meeting Posting Requirements - Amend §41-2, Posting of warrant. ATM-22. By-law Amendment: Self-Service Stations - Delete §102-2, General restriction. ATM-23 Agricultural Commission Membership - Amend §8-10.A.
