Article 9 of the November 5, 2007 Special Town meeting voted to amend the Town Code ยง41-1, to read that "The Annual Town Meeting shall be held on the first Monday in May at 7 p.m. and the Annual Town Election on the following Saturday." See list of positions to be filled by election below.
