The Town of Littleton has retained Flex America as our Flexible Spending Plan Administrator. You will find a complete array of forms and tools to assist you in planning and maintaining your FSA account at healthhub.com. For your specific account information visit healthhub.com and login with the ID and password provided to you upon initial enrollment. New Enrollment for the next calendar year is in November of each year.
Enrollment for 2012 is completed on-line at HealthHub but cannot be accessed until November 9, 2011 and will close November 30, 2011. Click Here for for an instructional sheet.

2011 END OF YEAR REMINDERS
All services must be incurred on or before December 31, 2011 and all 2011 claims must be sent to Payflex/HealthHub prior to February 25, 2012
New cards for those that expire January 2012 will be mailed directly from HealthHub in early January. Cards are good for three years so check your expiration date to determine if you should be expecting a new card.
If your debit card was inactivated due to lack of supporting documentation or ineligible expenses, you must clear your account with HealthHub before it will be reactivated.
