When are you going to fix my street?
Street repairs are an on-going process and regular maintenance is scheduled on a five year plan. For specific inquiries call the office at (978) 486-3778. Please keep in mind that all numbered routes are the responsibility of the state highway department.
There's a tree falling down!
Trees on public property are removed when they are a danger to people or property, if they have a target. Call the office (978) 486-3778 to notify them of a dangerous tree.
My neighbor got a free tree planted in their yard, how do I get one?
The Highway Superintendent also serves as the town's Tree Warden. As part of a project sponsored by the Public Shade Tree Committee trees are available to Littleton residents wanting to have a tree planted on the street side of their property. If the tree can be planted within 25 feet of the road it grants shade to the public way and the property owner gets a free tree.
