October 20, 2008 Board of Selectmen Meeting Summary 

- Tax Increment Financing (TIF) - voted to amend its vote of September 29, 2008, made pursuant to Article 5 of the November 14, 2006 Special Town Meeting, by striking paragraph 2 thereof and replacing it with the following: " 2. Adopt a Tax Increment Financing Plan designating the Economic Opportunity Area at 550 King Street as a Tax Increment Financing Zone under M.G.L. c.40, §59, and to authorize execution of a twenty-year Tax Increment Financing Agreement between the Town, International Business Machines Corporation, and AG/ND King LLC, for said 550 King Street with year exemptions as follows: FY 2010, 0.25; FY 2011, 0.20; FY 2012, 0.15; FY 2013, 0.10; FY 2014 through FY 2029, 0.05."
