LPD Meeting Rooms

If you are interested in reserving a meeting space at the Littleton Police Department, please send an email, at least 48 hours in advance, to Nicole Magliozzi with the following information -

1. Date, time and expected length of meeting

2. Which room you are interested in reserving

3. Name of group the room is being reserved for and purpose of the meeting

4. Number of people attending

5. Any special requirements needed for the meeting (use of smart-board, additional set-up time, food service, etc.)

To view the availability of our meeting rooms, please click on the LPD Meeting Room link below.  Please select "LPD Meeting Rooms" for the calendar option to ensure that you are viewing accurate availability for our meeting spaces.  Parking for those attending is available on the west side of the building (Groton side).  Please DO NOT park in any of the 20-minute parking spaces.  If additional parking is necessary please contact the Dispatcher prior to the start of your meeting.  While there is no fee to use the room, it would be greatly appreciated if a small food donation for Loaves & Fishes Pantry is placed in the red box located in our lobby.  Our community thanks you for your continued support.

Large Community Room

The Littleton Police Department invites you to use our Community Room for your next meeting. The venue is equipped with smart-board technology, a white board, DVD/TV, seating for up to 60 people and a small kitchen for refreshments. All meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis with any meeting sponsored by the Littleton Police Department taking precedence. Family Meeting Room

The Littleton Police Department invites you to use our Family Meeting Room. The venue is completely secluded and accommodates up to 6 people. All meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis with any meeting sponsored by the Littleton Police Department taking precedence.
