SCHOOL COMMITTEE   NOTICE FROM THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE VACANCY – NASHOBA VALLEY TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOLALTERNATE DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE The School Committee, Board of Selectmen and Town Moderator invite interested citizens to apply for the position of Alternate District Representative to the Nashoba Valley Technical High School Committee. Appointment will be made by a joint committee of the School Committee, Selectmen and Moderator for a three year term effective April 1, 2013 which expires on March 31, 2016. OPEN SPACE BYLAW AMENDMENT PROPOSED TM Warrant Article #20: The Planning Board held a Public Hearing for a proposed Zoning Amendment on Thursday, March 28 at 8:00 p.m. in Room 103 of the Shattuck Street Town Hall. The proposed bylaw amendment, Article 20 of the May 6, 2013 Annual Town Meeting, would delete the existing "density calculation formula" for Open Space Developments and replace it with the requirement for a Density Yield Plan showing the number of building lots which would be permitted by a conventional subdivision layout, including the requirement for soils testing.
