PETITION FOR CHANGE OF LICENSE

The Littleton Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 22, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. in the Littleton Town Offices, Room 103, 37 Shattuck St., Littleton, MA 01460 to act on the application under MGL Chapter 138 of Littleton Liquors LLC, Domenic J. Sebben, Jr., Manager d/b/a Littleton Liquors, 320 Great Road, Littleton, MA.    The applicant has submitted a revised plan for the proposed alteration of premises to be located at 320 Great Road.  Comments thereon may be submitted in writing to the Selectmen/Town Administrator’s office, 37 Shattuck Street, Littleton, MA 01460 by noon on Friday, April 19, 2013, or in person at the hearing.

NOTICE FROM THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE

VACANCY – NASHOBA VALLEY TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOLALTERNATE DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE

The School Committee, Board of Selectmen and Town Moderator invite interested citizens to apply for the position of Alternate District Representative to the Nashoba Valley Technical High School Committee. Appointment will be made by a joint committee of the School Committee, Selectmen and Moderator for a three year term effective April 1, 2013 which expires on March 31, 2016. Additional information regarding Nashoba Tech may be found at the School’s web address: www.Nashobatech.mec.edu

 Questions regarding the appointment process may be directed to the Selectmen’s Office at (978) 540-2462.

PLANNING BOARD

OPEN SPACE BYLAW AMENDMENT PROPOSED TM Warrant Article #20: The Planning Board held a Public Hearing for a proposed Zoning Amendment on Thursday, March 28 at 8:00 p.m. in Room 103 of the Shattuck Street Town Hall.

The proposed bylaw amendment, Article 20 of the May 6, 2013 Annual Town Meeting, would delete the existing "density calculation formula" for Open Space Developments and replace it with the requirement for a Density Yield Plan showing the number of building lots which would be permitted by a conventional subdivision layout, including the requirement for soils testing. Following the Public Hearing, the Planning Board voted to recommend this zoning amendment to Town Meeting.

Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Temporary Moratorium TM Warrant Article #21 - The Planning Board held a Public Hearing for a proposed  Amendment to establish a Temporary Moratorium on Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. in Room 103 of the Shattuck Street Town Hall.
