PLANNING BOARD

Planning Board Approves Littleton Commercial Investments LLC/Sam Park & Company LLC Special Permit applications for a mixed use development on seven lots comprising approximately 90.27 acres of land at Constitution Avenue. The project obtained Special Permits for each lot for the proposed uses under the Littleton Village Overlay District West - Beaver Brook Area, concurrent Major Commercial Use Special Permits, and an Aquifer & Water Resource District Special Permit for the entire development. UPDATE: The Public Hearings were opened on December 22, 2011, Continued on January 12, 2012, and closed. Aquifer & Water Resource District Special Permit decision is linked here. Definitive Subdivision for "Constitution Ave", or the former "Cisco" site was approved, with conditions Thursday, October 13, 2011 Hearing Notice Here as well as Plans and Application. Planning Board finalized and endorsed the Definitive Subdivision Approval decision at the October 27, 2011 meeting.

Special Permit for an "Area B Overlay District Setback Special Permit" application for the former "Cisco" site was also approved, with conditions, on Thursday, October 13, 2011. 15 Great Road Preliminary Subdivision - UPDATE: Omni Properties LLC has requested that the Planning Board "continue without testimony" the continued Preliminary Subdivision review for 15 Great Road project.  Next Planning Board meeting date for this project to be determined.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLOWING/SANDING PRIVATE WAYS

 

 The Littleton Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 8:00 PM at the Littleton Town Offices, Room 103, 37 Shattuck Street, Littleton, MA 01460 to consider amendments its August 28, 2000 policy on plowing/sanding private ways, with any changes to take effect no sooner than the winter of 2012/2013. Comments may be submitted in writing by noon on Friday, February 24, 2012 to the Board of Selectmen’s Office, 37 Shattuck Street, Littleton, MA 01460, or in person at the hearing.
