Bids

The Town of Littleton will receive sealed bids for Contract 8/18/10-4 Reflective Line Painting until 8:00 a.m. 8/18/10, at which time they will be opened and read aloud at the Highway Department, 39 Ayer Road, Littleton, MA.

Specifications and bid forms are available from the Highway Department, 39 Ayer Road, Littleton, MA between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Monday through Thursday.

The Bidders attention is called to the requirements and conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract as determined by the Department of Labor and Industries under the provisions of the MGL, Chapter 149, Section 26-27D inclusive.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount payable to the “Town of Littleton.”  No proposal may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days of the designated bid opening date.
