December 30, 2011 Board of Selectmen Meeting Summary

1. Entertainment License Application - The Board of Selectmen voted, pursuant to MGL C.140,§181 to issue an entertainment license to Mr. Stephan Marsh/Tre’ Amici Restaurant, 529 King Street, Littleton, MA to allow live music performance (amplified acoustic guitar) on December 31, 2011 beginning at 8:00 P.M. ending at 12:30 AM on January 1, 2012, subject to the applicant’s first obtaining certificates of insurance for workers comp and public liability.

• A public hearing will be held on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 7:30 PM on Tre Amici's application for an entertainment license for calendar year 2012.
