Award Contract – LHS Wastewater Treatment Facility Repairs - vote to award a contract in the amount of $66,746 to low bidder R.M. Ratta of Ayer, MA for Odor Control and FAST Repair of the Wastewater Treatment Facility located at Littleton High School., and request a Reserve Fund transfer from the Finance Committee in the amount of $54,067 to fund this contract [$12,679 balance available in 5/5/03 STM Article 5, Wastewater Treatment System Middle School] [Finance Committee-- meeting jointly with the Selectmen-- voted to approve the Reserve Fund transfer request in the amount of $54,067]
