1. Transportation and Traffic Study Update – BSC Group, MassDevelopment

2A. MAPC: Zoning/Overlay District – Cisco/IBM/Littleton Common - DLTA Assistance Application status - On December 8, 2008, the Board had voted to authorize the submission of a request to the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) under the District Local Technical Assistance (DLTA) program for preparation and implementation of an overlay zoning district proposal for the area comprised of the Cisco Systems property, the IBM (National Development) site, and Littleton Common. MAPC has now announced it wishes to proceed once a scope of services has been worked out.
2B. Route 495 @ Route 2 Tri-town talks with Undersecretary for Business Development - Littleton, Westford, and Boxborough officials met with then-Underscretary (now Secretary) Greg Bialecki on January 29, 2009 to explore ways to coordinate state and local efforts in this region for economic development.
3. Voter petitioned zoning articles – refer to Planning Board – MGL C.40A,§5 - vote, pursuant to MGL C.40A,§5, to refer to the Planning Board the following voter petitioned zoning amendment proposals received at least ninety days prior to the May 4, 2009 Annual Town Meeting: (1) Rezone to Business: Map U5, Parcels 1, 2 & 2-1; Map U6, Parcels 2, 3, and 2-5; (2) Crematory Prohibition.
