Commissioners of Trust FundsPublic Notice Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds - Vacancy The Littleton Board of Selectmen and Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds are seeking applications to fill one vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds which will expire at the May 2009 Annual Town Election. Under MGL C.41,§11, this vacancy shall be filled by vote of the members of the Board of Selectmen and the remaining members of the Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds. Registered voters of the Town may obtain applications from the Office of the Board of Selectmen, Littleton Town Offices, 37 Shattuck Street, Littleton, MA 01460, and completed applications must be returned to that office by no later than Friday, May 30, 2008 at noon. The Board of Selectmen and the Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds will meet jointly on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 7 p.m. at Littleton Town Offices and then and there interview the applicants for the position and vote to fill the vacancy.
