Open Space & Recreation Plan Implementation Committee An Open Space and Recreation Plan, valid for 5 years, is a requirement for participation in the grant programs offered by the Massachusetts Division of Conservation Services (DCS); such as Urban Self Help, Self Help, and Land and Water Conservation Fund programs. The Town of Littleton's Open Space and Recreation Plan expired in December 2007 and needs to be updated by the Open Space & Recreation Plan Implementation Committee.
