1A. Continue to encourage and explore economic development in designated areas, including Littleton Common Areas A and B.
1B. Complete Littleton Common sewer feasibility study and identify next steps
1C. Incorporate upper Foster and Taylor Streets and Porter Road areas in Town’s economic development planning efforts, including linkage to commuter rail station improvements; identify infrastructure needs, explore overlay zoning with the Planning Board
1D. Encourage and explore economic development that is a net benefit to the Town, including the development of the Cisco Property and encouraging small shops and restaurants to locate in town.
1E. Clarify with the Planning Board the 60,000 square foot per lot zoning limitation in Littleton Common Area B.

2A. Update the Roadway Improvement Plan, including review of timelines, priorities, funding strategies, and engineering updates

Secondary list of goals for future years
S-1. Develop two 10-year infrastructure plans: one for maintenance, the other for new development. Maintenance plans could include the Town Hall, Fire Station, the track, etc. The new development plan could include the library, recreation department, COA, etc.
S-2. Create a plan to develop a Department of Public Works to manage and maintain all of Littleton’s facilities, incorporating the functions of facilities management, buildings and grounds, cemetery, highway, and engineering.
S-3. Update the five-year capital improvements plan, reflecting priorities of the Selectmen, School Committee, and Finance Committee.
