What is the Laid Back Reading Group at the Reuben Hoar Library?The Laid Back Reading Group is a non-group for the overscheduled and undermotivated. At the beginning of each month a new title is selected for the Laid Back display. No deadline, no meeting to attend, no requirements. Just borrow a copy of the book of the month and read it when and if you have time. You may even listen to the book. Renew if you want to. Pick up a copy of discussion questions and author biography as well and use them or not. If you want to share your opinion of the book, fill out a Laid Back comment form and hand it in at the Main Desk. Once the supply of titles the Reuben Hoar Library owns is gone, we can request a copy for you or you can request one yourself through the online catalog.
