Registration:
The prerequisite required is our $5.00 Annual Parks and Recreation Fee. This fee is per person, per year ($20.00 max per household). Add prerequisite #999999-B to your cart first, then proceed to add class.
How to register for Programs: dates, times and code numbers for programs are listed in the brochure. For additional information on classes and programs, look through the brochure or go directly to the online registration program. Please read about our new registration system before registering for a class.
Please read below before registering online. ATTENTION: As of 12/01/2008, we implemented a new online registration system. If you would like to register for a class or event, you will need to create a new household ID by entering your complete information into our system. This new system is a confidential database that will keep household and credit information safe and secure. Several fields are mandatory including name, address, date of birth and grade (if you are an adult, please list your grade as 13) for each member of your household. We appreciate your patience in entering your information as it will help us serve you better in the future.
Before you can register for one of classes or events, you must register for our Parks, recreation and Community Education Annual registration Fee. You will be prompted to register for it as pre-requisite 999999-B. Add this to your cart first and you will be able to register for any program you like until December 31, 2010 as it is an annual fee.
The cost for the Annual PRCE fee is $5.00 per person, or a $20.00 maximum charge per household.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
When public schools are closed for either holidays or due to inclement weather, programs will not be held on that day. Classes will be rescheduled at a later date. Parks, Recreation and Community Education reserves the right to cancel and or/ combine any program with insufficient enrollment. We will gladly refund any registration fee from a cancelled class. All participants will be notified of changes in schedule.
Refunds
Because our classes are supported totally by fees, our refund policies are strictly adhered to. We do not refund unless it is a medical reason. In the case of a medical withdrawl, a 10% administration fee will be retained if accompanied by a doctor's note. Any other withdrawl fees will be determined by the PRCE office and accompanied by a 20% processing fee.
Activity Waiver
Participation in this program may involve risk of injury. As a parent, guardian, or participant, I am aware of these hazards and my ability to participate. In consideration for participation in the program(s) listed above, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all claims of damage against the Town of Littleton, its successors and assigns, employees, agents, and representatives for any and all kinds of injury, including but not limited to personal injury and/or property damage suffered by my child, or myself, or my ward, while participating in this activity. In addition, I give my permission for the child(ren) to be treated by qualified medical personnel in the event that the above named parent/guardian can not be reached at the phone numbers above.
