Littleton Affordable Housing Trust Small Grant Program

The Littleton Affordable Housing Trust Small Grant Program will offer up to $7,500 in financial assistance to eligible Littleton Households. The goal of the Littleton Affordable Housing Trust Small Grant Program is to help homeowners with adaptations, to correct conditions dangerous to health and safety, and to improve substandard conditions. The intent of the program is to provide greater housing stability, accessibility improvements, and to support aging in place opportunities for Littleton residents.

To qualify for this program; the property must be the primary residence, the household income cannot exceed 80% of Littleton's median income and the applicant must plan to reside in the home for at least 12 months after job completion.

This program is made possible by a $120,000 Housing Choice Grant from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities.
