The Town of Littleton is implementing a stormwater action plan in compliance with the 2016 Massachusetts Small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4) General Permit, signed on April 4, 2016 (PDF) by U.S. EPA and MassDEP, which became effective July 1, 2018 (a one-year delay from original date of July 1, 2017, per U.S. EPA and MassDEP [PDF]).

Planning Board adopted Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Regulations (PDF) at public hearing on July 13, 2017.

Littleton's May 2, 2016 Annual Town Meeting approved stormwater by-laws and appropriated initial funding to implement the stormwater action plan. See drop down menu below.

Littleton is a member of the Northern Middlesex Stormwater Collaborative coordinated by NMCOG.
