Outreach Services

Littleton Elder and Human Services has a dedicated team who provide needs assessments to determine appropriate services, including but not limited to: fuel assistance, housing, veterinary assistance, SNAP application assistance, information and referrals.

Outreach Services are available to all Littleton residents, regardless of age.
