SAFE is a state funded program dedicated to providing fire prevention and education to school aged children. As a recipient of the SAFE grant for the last several years, the Littleton Fire Department has been able to provide a comprehensive public education program including classroom visits and other specialized events. In addition to the traditional education settings, the SAFE program helps the community prepare for fire related emergencies through department interest and education.
