Nagog Hill Orchard Ad Hoc Working Group

The Nagog Hill Orchard Ad Hoc Working Group's charge is to review and propose a course of action the Town may take regarding the disposition of the Orchard.

THE ORCHARD INCLUDES 49.5 ACRES OF AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION RESTRICTION (APR) LAND FOR SALE OR LEASE FOR COMMERCIAL AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY (NOT FOR DEVELOPMENT). APR DOES NOT SUPPORT HOUSING ON THIS PROPERTY.

A Request For Information was issued on January 10th, with a response deadline of March 1, 2024, asking for proposals from potential orchard users. The response to this RFI will help to guide the Working Group's path when issuing a Request for Proposal later in 2024
