Mat Flow Yoga

A Vinyasa style flow mat class that will focus on stretching and strengthening your muscles, connecting body and breath and releasing the daily stressors of life. The class will involve seated floor poses, getting off the floor and standing balance without a chair. Please call (978) 540-2470 to register. 4 week session is $12 per person.
