Approximately 1400 ballots were mailed out on Friday the 26th of April for the upcoming May 11th local election for those that requested them. In doing so we used the “Vote by Mail Instructions” provided to us by the State. Unfortunately, the instructions were for the Presidential Primary and states the ballots must be back by March 5th. Please ignore the March 5th deadline on these instructions. All ballots must be back to the Clerk’s Office before the close of the election on May 11th.
