Did you know that Littleton is a PURPLE HEART COMMUNITY?! Well, we are. Do you know what a PURPLE HEART COMMUNITY is? A Purple Heart Community is one that has or had a serviceman or servicewoman that received the Purple Heart. Littleton has many veterans that have received the Purple Heart that we are aware of. We are searching for names that we may not know of. Do you have a friend or relative that lives or lived in Littleton that received a Purple Heart let us know so that we can honor them.
The Town will be holding our first official Purple Heart Appreciation Day on Thursday, August 7th. More details to follow.
