Program Coordinator:

The Town of Littleton Parks, Recreation and Community Education Department is seeking qualified applicants for a full time 40 hour/week, benefit eligible Program Coordinator. 

This position performs planning, implementation, coordination,  supervision and oversite of recreation programs, courses, activities, and facilities; recruits, coordinates, trains and supervises the activities of regular, seasonal, and volunteer staff; prepares program budgets and monitors expenditures; administers the booking, scheduling, use and maintenance of recreation facilities; collaborates with instructors to ensure high quality offerings; all other related duties as required.  Strong interpersonal skills are essential, working directly with customers and other municipal personnel. This position requires someone who works cooperatively, collaboratively and effectively in a very busy, fast paced, and sometimes distracting environment.  Previous recreation experience and proficiency in registration software and social media required; Municipal Recreation, MyRec, Civic Plus, and American Red Cross experience is preferred. 

This position will be subject to a thorough background check and drug and alcohol screening.

The starting pay rate is $31.37/hr - $32.96/hr, commensurate with experience. This is a non-exempt Schedule A position. A completed Town of Littleton application with cover letter and resume should be sent to aday@littletonma.org.   Position open until filled. The Town of Littleton is an EOE.

Office Coordinator:

The Town of Littleton Parks, Recreation and Community Education Department is seeking qualified applicants for a full time 40 hour/week, benefit eligible Office Coordinator. 

This position performs tasks requiring written and verbal correspondence, data entry, record keeping, filing, office management and relevant financial duties associated with the office and working directly with customers and other municipal personnel; all other related duties as required. This position requires someone who works cooperatively and effectively with the public and other employees in a very busy and sometimes fast paced office environment.  Prior experience with payroll, bills and purchase card processing, revenue turnover, registration software, and social media is required. Municipal recreation, MyRec, and Civic Plus experience is preferred. 

This position will be subject to a thorough background check.

The starting pay rate is $27.92 - $29.33/hr, commensurate with experience. This is a non-exempt Schedule A position. A completed Town of Littleton application with cover letter and resume should be sent to aday@littletonma.org.   Position open until filled. The Town of Littleton is an EOE.
