2. Description

   To request a police report, please fill out the form.

   Under the Massachusetts Public Records Law, we cannot honor requests made via the telephone. If you would like to request a copy of a police report you may do so in person or in writing (form submittal, email, or letter).

   We will respond to all requests within the 10 days allotted to us. Per Massachusetts Public Records Law: requests are answered in the order they are received to the department.
