Since 1887, the Board of Trustees of the Reuben Hoar Library has been dedicated to the administration of this essential town asset. Six members are elected from the townspeople of Littleton to serve three-year terms on the Board of Trustees. The Board sets the policies for the Library and annually contributes financial support through the disbursement of funds held in trust. While the Board directly oversees the Library Director, the Board's overarching goal is to act in concert with the staff who make patron service the perennial priority. The Board welcomes citizen participation and invites all interested people to our meetings on the first Thursday of the month in Room 307 of the Town Offices.
