1. Shed Project Update: Town Clerk Diane Crory will update the School Committee in regards to a new Town-funded shed for storing election materials at the Middle School. (5 min.) 

     7:20  V.  PRESENTATIONS 

1. Clinical Services Update: Heads of Clinical Team, Teresa Fiori - Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Melissa Benson - School Psychologist will provide an overview of the district’s clinical services. This update highlights the district's work to provide equitable, tiered behavior and social-emotional support for all students.  (10 Mins).

1. Discussion on FY27 Budget: Business Manager Steve Mark will provide an overview on the FY27 budget. (5 mins).

2. Financial Update: Business Manager Steve Mark will give a financial update. (5mins).

3. Mission Statement Reflection: The School Committee will reflect on the first half of the school year in regards to their mission statement. (15 mins).

4. Superintendent Search Update: Motion to appoint Raina Sturtz to serve on the Superintendent Search Screening Committee in the place of Catherine Johnson (5mins).
