EEE Mosquito Identified on the West Side of the Town of Harvard

PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM MOSQUITO-BORNE ILLNESS


The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) has tested and identified a mosquito infected with Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) on the west side of the Town of Harvard.
Currently the Town of Littleton is a “Remote” risk level for EEE, according to the Department of Public Health.  Harvard, however has recently been classified as “Moderate”. The public is advised to remain vigilant in protecting themselves and their family members from mosquito-borne illness.
