Alicia Day - Director

Alicia DayAlicia is the Director of Littleton Parks, Recreation, and Community Education. She is a Littleton, MA resident and has worked in recreational and adventure programming for over eighteen years in the municipal, non-profit, and collegiate sectors. In 2010 she received a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University with a focus on Recreation Administration and in 2006 a Bachelor’s Degree in Adventure Education from Prescott College.

Her main career goal has been focused on helping communities gain access to recreational opportunities and creating a sense of place for all. For her this position is the perfect combination for her to directly give back to the community she lives in. She loves to travel nationally and internationally. Her favorite outdoor past times are hiking, gardening, snowshoeing, and canoeing.

Tim Michalski - Assistant Director

Tim MichalskiTim is the Assistant Director of Littleton Parks, Recreation, and Community Education. Originally from Pennsylvania he currently resides in Chelmsford, MA. Tim began his Aquatics and Recreation career as a lifeguard in South Jersey. From 2005-2012 he was a Recreation Guest Service Manager at Walt Disney World and most recently worked as the Aquatics and Recreation Director at Rocking Horse Ranch in NY. Tim is an avid outdoors man and plays a variety of sports.

Kelsey is the Office Coordinator for Littleton Parks, Recreation & Community Education. Kelsey graduated from Fitchburg State University with a degree in Exercise & Sports Science and a concentration in Fitness Management.

Her background in business is what brought her to this position with us.

Kelsey is also a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. When she’s not in the office you can find her coaching others, lifting weights, playing soccer, softball & flag football, or relaxing with family.

Meet Ken, the newest member of Littleton Parks, Recreation, and Community Education. With a background in software Customer Success and a passion for teaching and coaching school-aged children, Ken brings a unique skill set to our team. Holding a BS from Providence College and an MBA from Babson College, he is well-equipped to make a difference.

Ken's commitment to community shines through his active involvement in the Belmont Lions Club and his dedication to fundraising and charity events. Notably, his annual "Freezin for a Reason" plunge in South Boston has raised over $70,000 in 18 years.
During his leisure time, Ken enjoys playing Ultimate, hiking, exploring small towns in New England, and attending live music events. Above all, he treasures his role as an uncle.


With his passion for community, dedication, and ability to create positive change, Ken is poised to make a lasting impact in Littleton.
