    4. In violation of another’s intellectual property rights. For example, the printers will not be used to reproduce material that is subject to copyright, patent or trademark protection.
  2. In most cases, objects will be printed on a first come, first serve basis. The library staff reserves the right to change the print queue as needed, and the library reserves the right to refuse any 3D print request.
  3. Print quality or functionality is not guaranteed.
  4. Printed items are to be picked up within 7 days. Contact the library for extensions.
  5. Only designated library staff have hands-on access to our 3D printer.

Printing Costs:

Patrons wishing to use the 3D printer must pay the material costs associated with printing their item, which is currently set at $0.03/gram of filament. All prints will cost a minimum of $1.

If you have any questions, please contact the library directly at 978-540-2600 or send an email to 3dprint@littletonlibrary.org.
When you submit your file(s), the library staff will let you know what the cost will be.

Requesting a 3D Print Job:

When you are ready to print a file you’ve designed or downloaded, complete the online 3D print form embedded here on our website.
You will be able to link to your .stl file and give size and color specifications through the form.

The library staff will then contact you with cost and any other information needed to print your file.
