2. Use of Littleton Community Television (LCTV) camera equipment requires that the requestor complete an Access User Agreement form and be:

   • A Littleton Resident
   • Have previously been trained in the safe use and handling of the equipment
   • Used for creating a not-for-profit program, that is suitable for broadcast on the Public channel. Programs must comply with existing LCTV policies and procedures for programming content.
   • Responsible for replacing or repair of broken or damaged gear.
