File a Public Health Complaint or Request

To report a public health concern (food, tobacco, environmental, noise, rodents, or disease), request an inspection (housing or nuisance) or make a general public health request, Littleton Residents can use the following methods for submission:

• Submit a complaint through the Online Portal by clicking here.
• Mail in or drop off a paper form at the Town Hall Offices. Click here to download the complaint form.
• Call the Health Department at (978) 540-2430. If a staff member is unavailable, please leave a detailed voicemail.

For urgent public safety issues or matters requiring immediate attention (such as hanging wires, double parked cars, sick/injured animals, etc.), please call (978) 540-2300 as this our system is not monitored 24/7 and an immediate response should not be expected.
