The Littleton Volunteer Corps are a group of civic minded volunteers serving the community of Littleton, and beyond, via the Medical Reserve Corps and Community Emergency Response team programs. These programs were created separately through the federal government Citizens Corps program to assist in local preparation for and response to situations that exceed the resource capabilities of local emergency service and public health agencies. In 2015 Littleton opted to combine its’ MRC and CERT functions into a single unit. This merger created greater operational latitude and opened up additional avenues for volunteers to join in and contribute.
