The Littleton Fire Department operates two advanced life support (ALS) ambulances. Medical 2 is a 2012 Place Custom Type I ambulance built on a Ford F550 chassis. Along with a full complement of emergency medical equipment and supplies, a limited amount of firefighting gear such as tools and SCBAs are also kept on the ambulance. Our paramedics are cross trained as firefighters as well.
