On March 8, 2021 the Select Board voted to execute the amended Host Community Agreement with Community Care Collective, Inc. and the location change from 531 King Street to 537 Great Road, Littleton. for a retail adult use marijuana establishment. The HCA is subject to approval by the Cannabis Control Commission and operation of the facility is contingent upon the issuance of any necessary Town permits and approvals. The HCA provides for annual mitigation payments (for 5 years) of a community impact fee equal to 3% of gross sales, (whether wholesale or retail) including sales of marijuana, marijuana infused products, paraphernalia, and any other products sold by the facility. In addition to the terms of the HCA, the Development agreement includes an annual development fee.
