On February 11, 2013, the Board of Selectmen voted to execute a host community agreement with Fifteen Great Road, LLC, and various owners of the property at 15 Great Road, Littleton, ("the developer") which provides for mitigation payments to the Town by the developer relative to proposed developments at 15 Great Road including the comprehensive permit application for Village Green Apartments pending before the Zoning Board of Appeals under MGL Chapter 40B, and the proposed Orchards subdivision pending before the Planning Board under MGL Chapter 40A; and which agreement provides assurance that the Town's subsidized housing inventory remain above 10% through the 2030 Census update (in 2031) in the event that some of 15 Great Road's rental units were subsequently converted to ownership; said agreement to be subject to approval as to form by Town Counsel.
