Lab, LLC relative to 160 Ayer Road to operate a Marijuana Independent Testing Laboratory. The HCA is subject to approval by the Cannabis Control Commission and operation of the facility is contingent upon the issuance of any necessary Town licenses, permits, and approvals. The HCA provides that if the facility’s operation results in impacts and/or costs to the Town, then a community impact fee will be negotiated and established.
