On January 25, 2021 the Select Board voted to approve a Host Community Agreement with Northbridge, LLC relative to 151 and 153 Taylor Street for a warehouse distribution center intended to be used and operated by Amazon Logistics, pursuant to a long-term lease with Northbridge. The HCA is subject to approval from the Littleton Planning Board; and contingent upon the issuance of necessary Town permits and approvals. The HCA provides for a mitigation payment of $1,200,000 to be paid in 2 installments - $600,000 to be paid upon issuance of the demolition permit or building permit for 153 property; and $600,000 to be paid upon issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. An additional $40,000 will be donated to the Town's Brown Woods Gift fund upon issuance of the demolition permit or building permit for 153 Taylor Street. Northbridge will convey 58 acres to the Littleton Water Department.
