Planning Board reviewed and approved applications for Aquifer & Water Resource District Special Permit, Major Commercial Use Special Permit, Site Plan Review, and Stormwater Permit for the redevelopment of 254, 265, and 260 Ayer Road, as well as parcels across Ayer Road. Details below. The Planning Board opened the Public Hearing for this redevelopment proposal on March 9, 2023 and subsequently approved the modified proposal in June 2023. As per the Mass LEADS Act, the approvals were automatically extended through June 21, 2027.
New Information: June 2024
The Littleton Planning Board discussed the request for the Ayer Sewer connection for the redevelopment at 260-264 Ayer Road at their meeting of June 13, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. The Littleton PB was split on the subject but provided that they are hesitant despite it being for a commercial property with a previously approved septic system for a future Littleton Select Board discussion and vote on IMA.
