Hager Homestead 336 / 338 King Street

"Hager Homestead" is a Senior Residential Development under construction, located at 336 and 338 King Street. The applicant requested to amend a prior Special Permit under the Senior Residential Development Bylaw and the Aquifer and Water Resource District Bylaw to allow the construction of two additional apartments (independent living units) in the existing Federal Hosue as well as the previously- approved 24 units. The development consists of one- and two-bedroom senior housing and associated improvements on approximately 15 acres, including Affordable units under the Inclusionary Housing zoning bylaw.

2022 Amendment: The Planning Board opened a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 14, 2022. The amendment request was approved by the Planning Board, allowing the developer to add 2 Independent Living Units and to repair the federal house.
